Low Carb Raspberry Chocolate Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons Truvía® Baking Blend
  • 2 ounces melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Truvía® Baking Blend
  • 5/16 ounce jello (softened)
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  • BasePreheat fan forced oven to 160C/320F.In a bowl mix together the almond meal, truvia, cocoa powder and butter.Press the mixture into the base of a 9.5in pie plate and bake for 18 minutes until firm around the edges and slightly puffed in the centre.Allow to cool.
