Low Carb Jelly Slice

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces almond meal
  • 2 tablespoons stevia (natvia)
  • 2 1/2 ounces butter
  • 12 ounces sweetened condensed milk (natvia)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon powdered gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 package jello (natvia)
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Instructions

  • BasePreheat oven to 320F/160C.Mix together the almond meal, natvia and melted butter.Press into the base of a rectangle baking pan (11 x 9 in) and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until firm and starting to brown on the edges.Cool the base in the fridge.
