  • 12 portobello mushrooms (ground)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch dried thyme leaves
  • 1 ounce butter
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound ground pork

  • 12 pieces portobello mushrooms
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

  • 1 ounce butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Sausage PattiesPlace all the sausage pattie ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  • We find using your hands to be the quickest and easiest method.
  • Having food safe disposable gloves on hand, makes mixing cleaner and safer.Split the mix into 6 even balls and press into 1/3in/1cm thick, round patties.
