This recipe comes together very fast.
Make sure you have all your ingredients cleaned, chopped, and ready to go before starting.
Have a plate handy to place the cooked ham on.
Heat a large skillet over high heat and add the oil and the ham.
Let the ham brown for 2 minutes then add 1/4 teaspoon of soy sauce.
Toss to coat then remove ham to the plate.
Add the garlic, red pepper flakes, and ginger.
Cook for 30 seconds then add broccoli and water.
Simmer the broccoli over high heat until the water evaporates 4-5 minutes.
Add the 3 teaspoons of soy and the ham, toss to combine, then push it all over to one side of the pan.
Crack the eggs in the other side and quickly scramble them.
When they are done mix it all together.
Add the cauliflower and the sesame oil.
Toss until heated through.
Top with desired condiments.
