Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • S werve Sweetener
  • 1 cup sugar substitute
  • 1/2 baking powder (a teaspoon of)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs (a teaspoon of)
  • 1/2 softened butter (a teaspoon of)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar free chocolate chips
  • 1 powdered sugar (a teaspoon of)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • ​Mix all the wet ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
  • ​Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and work them into a dough.
  • Add the chocolate chips and gently mix them into the dough.
  • Scoop spoon fulls of the dough onto the parchment paper.
  • Leave enough space between each cookie and flatten them as thin as you'd like them.
  • ​Bake your chocolate chip cookies for 12 to 15 minutes until they are brown on top.
  • ​Dust a very thin layer of icing sugar over the cookies
