Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon stevia

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until well combined.
  • Roll into 25 individual bites.
  • If desired, roll in shredded coconut.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least one hour for the best flavor.
