Green Keto Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado (medium)
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/2 inch ginger root
  • 1/2 cup coconut water (medium)
  • 3/4 cup water (medium)
  • 1 handful ice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons oil (medium)
  • 8 drops liquid stevia

Instructions

  • Put ingredients in a high speed blender, adding the ice last.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Recipe Notes Tip: Drink half of the smoothie and keep the rest in the fridge for later in the day.
