Keto Slow-Cooker Beef & Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds flank steak
  • 2/3 cup liquid aminos (Braggs brand is 0 carb, but coconut aminos are more naturally derived)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 3 tablespoons sweetener (Braggs brand is 0 carb, but coconut aminos are more naturally derived)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (Braggs brand is 0 carb, but coconut aminos are more naturally derived)
  • 3 garlic cloves (Braggs brand is 0 carb, but coconut aminos are more naturally derived)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (Braggs brand is 0 carb, but coconut aminos are more naturally derived)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (Braggs brand is 0 carb, but coconut aminos are more naturally derived)
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (Braggs brand is 0 carb, but coconut aminos are more naturally derived)

Instructions

  • Preheat slow cooker to low.Slice flank steak into 1-2" chunks.In slow cooker, add steak, aminos, beef broth, sweetener, ginger, garlic cloves, red pepper flakes and salt.Cook on low for 5-6 hours.Prepare broccoli and red bell pepper.
  • Chop broccoli into florets, and slice red bell pepper into large 1" pieces.After the steak has cooked, stir.Add in the broccoli and red bell pepper on top for at least another hour until your desired crispness, then toss together.Sprinkle with sesame seeds for garnish and serve!
