Preparation Add the Crazy Richard's peanut butter, mascarpone cheese and butter to a microwave safe cup and melt in the microwave for 15 seconds.
Stir in the swerve confectioners, then microwave for an additional 10-15 seconds, or until melted.
Whisk to combine.
Separate out 3/4 cup of the mixture and set aside for the top layer.
Pour the mixture into silicone molds 1/3 of the way up.
Put in the freezer for 10 minutes, or until set.
Add the Lily's chocolate and coconut oil to a microwave safe cup and melt in the microwave.
Stir until well combined, then pour another 1/3 of the way up the molds.
Freeze for another 10 minutes, or until set.
Pour the remaining peanut butter mixture over the top and freeze for 15-20 minutes or until firm.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
