approx 6 minutes or until they are cooked through.Remove the veggies from pan and set aside.Add 1 tbsp butter to the skillet then brown chicken breasts on both sides.Add veggie mixture back to pan.Add all other ingredients then simmer on medium-low for 20 minutes with lid on.Remove lid and add 1/2 tsp xantam gum then simmer on medium/low until sauce thickens.
