Better Than Fat Head Pizza – Low Carb Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour (pork rind)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese

Instructions

  • Pulse pork rinds in blender or food processor until finely ground In microwaveable bowl, heat shredded cheddar and cream cheese until smooth ~45 seconds Mix cheeses together, add egg and stir.
  • Work quickly, if cheese becomes stiff microwave for 10 sec Add pork rind flour and stir until combined Press dough out onto parchment covered baking sheet.
  • ~1/4 inch thick, or desired thickness Bake at 350 for 5 minutes Remove and top with desired toppings and bake for additional 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted
