Vegan Keto Veggie Wraps with Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 tablespoons sauerkraut
  • 2 tablespoons sauce (tahini, recipe above in notes)

Instructions

  • This is super simple.
  • Basically, you need to de-vein the leaves (after washing them!), and then add in the carrots and sauerkraut, and wrap or fold however works best for you.
  • You can either pour the sauce directly on, or use it as a dip!
