Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 2 boneless chicken breast (large, cooked and finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt (large, cooked and finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon salt (large, cooked and finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (large, cooked and finely chopped)

Instructions
