Jalapeno Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage (cleaned and cut up)
  • 2 cans rotelle
  • 1/2 head cauliflower (cleaned and cut up)
  • 1 bag baby carrots (cleaned and cut up)
  • 9 stalks celery (cleaned and cut up)
  • 1 green pepper (cleaned and cut up)
  • 1 onions (large
  • 2 jalapeno chilies (cleaned and cut up)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic (cleaned and cut up)
  • 3 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • crushed red pepper (cleaned and cut up)
  • 32 ounces chicken broth
  • 8 ounces cream cheese

Instructions

  • Turn crock pot on highPour chicken broth into crock pot3.
  • Add all of the other ingredients except for the cream cheese, Let your soup get real good and hot before adding the cream cheese, I waited for 2 hours.
  • Turn to low and let cook for 6-8 hrs or until all ingredients are thoroughly cooked.
