Avocado Eggs

Ingredients

  • 3 hard boiled eggs (large, cut in half)
  • 1 avocado (large)
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro
  • 1 pinch garlic powder

Instructions

  • Remove the cooked yolks from the hard boiled eggs into a bowl.Add avocado and remaining ingredients, then mash together with a fork.Scoop out mixture into egg halves.Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
