Day After Thanksgiving Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond flour (We use this!)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 3 ounces cooked turkey (We use this!)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine eggs and melted butter.
  • Mix together with a hand mixer.
