Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup flax seed meal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 red pepper ((minced))
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grating cheese
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup bacon ((minced))
- 4 tbsp bacon grease
Instructions
- preheat oven to 300 degrees.mix all ingredients from the almond flour to the 1 large egg together and press into a pan.
- bake crust for 45 min and allow to completely cool.
- (overnight is best so it is a little crispy)preheat oven to 350mix ingredients from heavy whipping cream to 6 large eggs and pour into crust.bake for 40 minuteswhen done, gently flip upside down and over into a dinner plate.
