Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup flax seed meal
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 red pepper (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grating cheese
  • 1/8 red pepper
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup bacon (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons bacon grease
  • 6 large eggs

Instructions

  • preheat oven to 300 degrees.mix all ingredients from the almond flour to the 1 large egg together and press into a pan.
  • bake crust for 45 min and allow to completely cool.
  • (overnight is best so it is a little crispy)preheat oven to 350mix ingredients from heavy whipping cream to 6 large eggs and pour into crust.bake for 40 minuteswhen done, gently flip upside down and over into a dinner plate.
